Project for Human Development
Project for Human Development (PHD) is a non-governmental organisation geared towards the education and development of youths, with the aim of promoting ethics that uphold the dignity of labour and the human person, as well as the rights and freedoms of women and children. Founded in 1999, it has built a track record of successful HIV/AIDS prevention awareness and advocacy, promoting the risk-avoidant strategies of abstinence and fidelity over alternative “safe sex” practices.
